My piedi need help!

I used to have soft feet but now that I am much into my years, this is no longer the case. I don't know if this results of having two children? My boys want to sit around me and pick at my piedi (feet). This is no good!

What is that I can do to help this problem? I am trying to use a filer, a razor, e lotions. Nothing is working much. I am needing a miracle thing for my feet.
